Peanut Laddu

Ingredients

Peanut - 2 cups
Jaggery - 3/4th cup
Ghee        3 tsp optional
Cardamom Powder 1/2 tsp
Cashews - few



Method
  • Dry Roast peanuts
  • Cool and then peel off the peanuts completely
  • Add in the Grinder and pulse 2-3 times
  • Include jaggery  and pulse again few times to blend well
  • transfer in to a bowl. Add ghee, cardamom powder n cashews
  • Make lemon size balls and store in an air tight container
